All flavors have been chosen using the principles of molecular cuisine and making an agreement with the different origins of cocoa!
The box contains one of each of these kinds (6 in total):
- Dark chocolate egg (Nicaragua), center of Sonkolle Kallato coffee ganache from Pista
- Dark chocolate egg (Nicaragua), passion fruit mash center
- White chocolate egg (Mexico), "carrot cake" ganache
- Chocolate egg with oat "milk" (Guatemala), haskap and yarrow puree center
- Chocolate egg with buckwheat "milk" (Dominican Republic), center of mashed red fruits and sumac
- Buckwheat "milk" chocolate egg(Dominican Republic), center of apple and maple ganache
Consume within one month of receipt.
