Hot chocolate mix - Dark chocolate 70%
From bean to cup. The cocoa bean is the star ingredient in this hot chocolate mix. At the moment, we are using cocoa from Guatemala which is very fruity with very slight hints of acidity.
To use, simply add a tablespoon or two of the mixture to a cup of hot water or milk (your choice). Let it rest for a minute, whisk and it's ready!
Origin of cocoa: Lachuà, Guatemala
Ingredients: cocoa bean*, cane sugar*, cocoa butter*
Packaging: Compostable kraft paper bag with a PLA interior (a “plastic” created from plant materials)
Weight: 150 grams (about 10 servings or more, if you prefer a softer milk chocolate)
