Refund policy
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you would like to make an exchange, write to us at info@chocodelea.ca. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase date. Shipping costs are your responsibility.
Choco de Léa is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment. We recommend using a secure shipping method with a tracking number.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund for an item if it is not in new or if not packed in its original box.
We will notify you by email when we receive the package.
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS:
You must contact us at info@chocodelea.ca within 30 days of purchase.
We will give you packing and shipping instructions. If the item is faulty, we will offer a replacement or refund the original item price and delivery charge.
